Chaîne des Rôtisseurs – Bailliage of Mauritius
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic association present in over 80 countries, bringing together more than 21,000 members—both professionals and enthusiasts—who share a passion for cuisine, wine, and the culinary arts.
Intrasia Corporate Services Limited is responsible for managing the Mauritius chapter, known as the Bailliage of Mauritius. Through this role, the Group supports the association’s mission of preserving culinary heritage and promoting excellence in hospitality.
Australian Chamber of Commerce
The Australian Chamber of Commerce (Austcham) provides a platform to broaden connections and relations between Australia and Mauritius. It is a ‘not for profit’ association which provides networking opportunities for its members with the aim of promoting and developing business and trade relationships between Mauritius and Australia.
International Business Enterprise Ltd
The International Business Enterprise Ltd (IBE), administered by ICSL on behalf of AustCham and the South African and American Chambers of Commerce, advocates for an improved business climate in Mauritius by engaging with government on policy and reform initiatives.
